Payment Methods and Policies: Experiences
Payment methods:

At the time of booking: pay 30% of the total value of the Living, for cases in which the reservation is being made up to 20 days in advance. Less than 20 days before the trip the payment of the living is fully charged. The remaining amount of the experience must be paid in full within 7 days before the experience begins.

Card purchases can be paid in cash or in installments up to 3x with interest. In the purchase in installments, Mercadopago platform, charges simple interest of the buyer according to the number of installments established during the payment.

Child Policy for Experiences:

Children from 1 to 8 years old: pay 60% of the full amount.
From 9 years: pay full value of Living.

Cancellation Policies
​
In accordance with Embratur's Normative Resolution No. 161 of August 9, 1985, in the event of cancellation after the closing of the voyage: up to 31 days in advance, 10% of the total amount will be retained as operating expenses and blockage of the vessel. If the cancellation occurs 11 to 30 days from the beginning of the trip, 50% of the total amount will be retained. If the cancellation occurs 20 to 11 days prior to departure, 50% of the package value will be retained. If the cancellation occurs after the 10 days prior to departure, 80% of the package value will be retained.

For cancellation without loss of deposit, the formal request by email is required following the deadlines according to the denomination of each product.

Attachment:
​
TOUR: Tourist Product within the city of Manaus lasting no more than one day.
Example: Perreché Tour, Bagaceira Tour.

EXCURSION: Product or Tourist Package within the city of Manaus lasting no more than one day and which has transferred (transportation).
Example: Rio Negro Tour, Até o ucupi Tour.
​
TRAVEL/TRIP: Product or Touristic Package outside the city of Manaus lasting more than one day and requiring transportation (overnight).
Example: Experience Tumbira, Amazon Experience, Acajatuba Experience.
